Return and Refund Policy

RETURN
Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects. Pls mail us at clothing.hop@gmail.com
Returns are not possible for a color exchange. Please be sure of the color before ordering.

REFUND
We do not offer refunds. You may only exchange the product in case of a defect.
We offer store credits for the equivalent amount in case the product is not available
